I have been riding for over 30 years, but for the past 15 years I have been focusing on Dressage. I am currently showing 2nd level and schooling 3rd level.

As a rider I have always struggled with my balance. I have always had a tendency to lean forward and my eyes were always on the ground.

My biggest challenge has been the sitting trot, it is the only reason I haven’t shown at level 3. Relaxation has always been difficult for me in the show ring and as any equestrian can attest, once you tense up, so does your horse.

I had the great fortune to ride for dressage Olympian Dr. Caesar Parra shortly after receiving my PPM. I rode for 1.5 hours and I could have rode for another 1.5.I noticed an immediate improvement in my posture and the improvement in my breathing was phenomenal. I no longer had a red face from exertion I always got when riding. Because my breathing was better, I was more relaxed and my horse was more relaxed.
