Many of the NBA trainers at the NBATA meeting raved about the results they have seen in their players. Basketball isn’t the only sport where The Edge has taken off: the appliance is used by stars such as Boston Red Sox slugger, Manny Ramirez and St. Louis Rams kicker, Josh Brown.

“I am overjoyed to be working with great athletes in all sports, and it was a thrill to meet with all of these top basketball trainers,” says Dr. May. “It is great to get feedback from the trainers because they are the ones who really monitor an athletes performance. They literally make note of the most subtle differences.”

Dr. May, who operates from offices in Hemet and Redondo Beach, says that the success behind The Edge is due to a lot of research into human physiology.
