1. What kind of results can I expect from using the PPM?
Results differ from one person to another. During our testing, immediate improvements in strength were observed. These ranged from a minimum of 10% to a maximum of 50%. When compounded over several workouts, these improvements will lead to an incredible series of gains in lean muscle mass, deep level recruitment, explosive movement, balance and agility.
2. Is everyone a candidate for the PPM?
No. This will be determined by certified PPM Dentist Dr David May during your initial appointment. Approximately 10% of the population will not benefit from using PPM. This is the case due to pre-existing dental abnormalities - e.g. missing teeth.
3. What sports have shown the greatest advantages from the PPM?
Football players have experienced improved overall strength, speed and agility. Basketball and golf players have improved postural alignment which has resulted in greater accuracy and endurance. Hockey players have also seen improvements in accuracy, shooting strength, hitting and absorption when hit.
