7. Does the PPM have any therapeutic effects?

8. Is the PPM legal for all competitions?
Yes. It is legal to use in all competitive sports. It looks like a sleek mouthguard and puts nothing artificial into the body.
9. How long does it take to make a PPM?
The first appointment is approximately one hour. Impressions are taken of your lower and upper teeth and your optimal bite is determined. Our lab takes approximatley one week to fabricate your PPM. During your second visit (only 5 to 10 minutes), the PPM is fitted.
10. Is PPM for the upper teeth or lower teeth?
For the highest impact sports such as hockey, Football and basketball, we recommend an upper PPM. For low impact sports such as golfing, gymnastics, or strength training, we recommend a lower PPM.
